DDF is dedicated to supporting resources and activities for children with special needs and individuals with growth related disorders through contributions, donations and fundraising events. Abbreviated Rules of “Our House” 2008 Fundraising Event subject to Official Rules: DDF is seeking donations for their organization and support of their efforts. For each suggested minimum donation of one thousand five hundred dollars to the Danielle DeMarzo Foundation, Inc. donor will receive a DDF Bracelet and a variety of gift certificates and services. Separate and apart from this donation, the first five hundred donor names will be entered to win a prize property located in Palm Beach County, Florida. By entering this drawing all participants and winner(s) consent to the use of their names and likeness in publicity related to the drawing and its outcome without compensation and waives any and all claims against Danielle DeMarzo Foundation, Inc. Participants of this drawing must be 18 years of age or older. Donations will be accepted beginning April 21, 2008 and will continue until a maximum of five hundred donations have been received. Donations may be tax deductible and deductions may benefit donors differently. Funds used to award and or purchase prizes are derived from donation proceeds. The submission of entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Donations by mail must be postmarked after April21, 2008 and received prior to drawing date. Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Danielle DeMarzo Foundation, Inc. and sent to P.O. Box 771675, Coral Springs, FL 33077. All monies must clear for donation to be valid.
